HOW DO I CREATE A USER ACCOUNT?

Click on the My Account menu. You will discover an online form that you must fill in with your data, indicated in the form. Then read the Terms and Conditions and make sure you check the "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" box. Your account only becomes valid if you check the box.


WHAT HAPPENS TO MY PERSONAL DATA?

Your personal data remains with us and we will not disclose it to any third party without your consent. If you do not want to remain in our database, or if you want to delete your user account, you can submit a written request to Dizainăr (legally represented by S.C. Mihnea Ghilduș Design S.R.L.) in which you specify that you want to delete your data from our database of data, and we will comply.

When you want to create a new user account, you will have to enter the data again, as they will no longer be found in any of our resources. In accordance with art. 24, para. (2) from Law no. 677/2001, amended and supplemented, we mention in this section that S.C. Mihnea Ghilduș Design S.R.L. is a personal data operator, having no. 30994, registered and authorized by the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing.


HOW DO I ORDER?

You can order online by pressing the Add to Cart button next to each product. This button will add the product to the shopping cart that you can find in the menu at the top right of the page. It takes you to the order form, which you must fill in with the indicated data.


HOW DO I RECEIVE THE ORDERED PRODUCTS?

In the order form you fill in to get the desired products, please specify if you want the product to be delivered to you by courier or if you prefer to pick it up yourself, from the Dizainăr headquarters.
The delivery of a product is completed in max. 2-30 working days, depending on its availability in stock.


I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS. HOW DO I PROCEED?

The products can be returned to the headquarters of the Dizainăr store, 17 Puțul cu Plopi str., sector 1, Bucharest, within a maximum of 14 days from their purchase. SC Mihnea Ghilduș Design S.R.L. will take custody of the returned products only if they were not damaged through the fault of the consumer.

If you respect the notification period (maximum 14 days from the purchase of the product) you can return the product(s) without incurring any penalties, even if you do not cite a reason why you want to give them up. The notification is made exclusively in writing, via e-mail.

Information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract, without specifying the reasons, within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days starting from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, enters into physical possession of the products.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform SC MIHNEA GHILDUS DESIGN, str. Caragea Ioan Vodă no. 27, sector 1, Bucharest, e-mail: scrie@dizainar.ro, tel: 021 3113384 regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract, using an unequivocal statement, for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail. For this purpose, you can use the attached withdrawal model; however, its use is not mandatory.

You can also complete and submit electronically by downloading the standard return form or any other unequivocal statement from our website. If you use this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal request without delay, on a durable medium, for example by e-mail.

In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund any amount we have received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs caused by you choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us, without delay unjustified and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make this refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method of reimbursement; in any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such refund. We may delay the refund until the date we receive the products back or until you have provided us with proof that you have sent the products back, whichever is the earliest.

Ship the products or deliver them directly to us without undue delay and in any case, within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which you notified us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the products are sent back before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the products. You are only responsible for the diminution in value of the products resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to determine the nature, qualities and functioning of the products.


WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED?

When delivering the product to the consumer, Dizainăr undertakes to pack it in such a way as to prevent damage during transport.

If the product was damaged due to the fault of a representative of the store Dizainăr, S.C. Mihnea Ghildus Design S.R.L. will bear the cost of replacing the product, respectively repeating the delivery to the consumer.

If the product was damaged due to the consumer's fault, at the time of receipt or during the 10-day period in which the product is still returnable, S.C. Mihnea Ghildus Design S.R.L. will not assume responsibility for product replacement. If the products are under warranty, the consumer will use the warranty certificate provided by the manufacturer of the object or its designer and will act according to the provisions of the certificate in question, to recover their expenses. If the product has been damaged during transport, the consumer must notify the event upon receiving the package both to the Dizainăr store and to the carrier (courier) and record the damage on the report. SC Mihnea Ghildus Design S.R.L. will not assume responsibility for damage caused by the carrier during transportation.


I AM DISSATISFIED. HOW DO I PROCEED?

You can notify us in writing via the email indicated in the "Contact" column or via an official letter that you can send to Dizainăr headquarters - Bucharest, Str. Puțul cu Plopi, no. 17, sector 1.

If you feel that things are more serious than we were when we tried to solve the problem, you can report directly to the National Authority for Consumer Protection about Unfair Business Practices for them to decide on the complaints.

Designers who leave products in our custody are responsible for the production of the items they sell. In general, these objects are produced with the help of local companies or Romanian craftsmen. For more questions regarding the method of execution, respectively the origin of the products, you can directly contact the creators of the objects in stock.
